The challenge
The existing online presence was outdated and needed a refresh for the growth and type of business the client wanted, so we delivered an SEO‑optimised website with end‑to‑end analytics, companion mobile and desktop apps and a secure, role‑based dashboard/portal integrated with back‑office systems. Clients can view their own accounts and accept advice digitally. The programme was delivered on time and within budget, with a roadmap in place for ongoing improvements.
